The Ramon Magsaysay Technological University shall be a University for Sustainable Development. A learning andresource center for the development of leaders and entrepreneurs responsive to appropriate and emerging advance technologies for the sustainable utilization of natural,indigenous and human resources for community-centered development within a dynamic an ever widening society.
