Rajah Matanda

Rajah Ache of Maynila, better known by his title Rajah Matanda, (1480–1572) was a 16th-century king of the Kingdom of Maynila, a Tagalog kingdom on the region of the Pasig River in the Philippines. He is also sometimes referred to as Rajah Laya, a name derived from Ladyang Matanda - an alternate pronunciation of his title.

Together with Rajah Sulayman and Lakan Dula, he was one of three kings in Manila, who fought the Spaniards during the colonization of the Philippines.
