Large Roster of Fighter Craft
The most significant new element is a wide selection of fighter craft available for players to select. Each craft has differing attributes:
| Attribute | In-game Abbreviation | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Movement Speed | MOV | This describes a fighter craft's movement speed. Higher ratings denote faster movement speed. |
| Attack Power | POW | This attribute describes the overall attack damage of the fighter craft. |
| Defensive Spread | DEF | This attribute applies only to the arc of spread that a fighter craft's primary weapon covers in front of it. |
| Rapid-fire Capability | RPD | This attribute describes the rate of fire of the primary weapon of a fighter craft. |
All standard fighter craft possess a primary weapon, which is a vulcan gun. They are equipped with two secondary weapons, a Laser weapon and a Missile weapon, made usable by collecting the appropriate power-up items. Only one secondary weapon can be active at a time. Each secondary weapon has four levels of power.

Famous quotes containing the words large, fighter and/or craft:
“This was the Eastham famous of late years for its camp- meetings, held in a grove near by, to which thousands flock from all parts of the Bay. We conjectured that the reason for the perhaps unusual, if not unhealthful development of the religious sentiment here, was the fact that a large portion of the population are women whose husbands and sons are either abroad on the sea, or else drowned, and there is nobody but they and the ministers left behind.”
—Henry David Thoreau (18171862)
“A pleasant smell of frying sausages
Attacks the sense, along with an old, mostly invisible
Photograph of what seems to be girls lounging around
An old fighter bomber, circa 1942 vintage.”
—John Ashbery (b. 1927)
“I look on trade and every mechanical craft as education also. But let me discriminate what is precious herein. There is in each of these works an act of invention, an intellectual step, or short series of steps taken; that act or step is the spiritual act; all the rest is mere repetition of the same a thousand times.”
—Ralph Waldo Emerson (18031882)
