RAF Intelligence - Staff Roles and Trades

Staff Roles and Trades

Entrants to the branch are initially trained as general intelligence analysts and can later sub-specialise in one of a number of trades. Personnel in each sub-specialisation can be employed in a number of locations. Contrary to the information displayed on the RAF recruitment webpages, RAF Intelligence officers are not comparable to police inspectors and criminologists.

Famous quotes containing the words staff, roles and/or trades:

... all my letters are read. I like that. I usually put something in there that I would like the staff to see. If some of the staff are lazy and choose not to read the mail, I usually write on the envelope “Legal Mail.” This way it will surely be read. It’s important that we educate everybody as we go along.
Jean Gump, U.S. pacifist. As quoted in The Great Divide, book 2, section 10, by Studs Terkel (1988)

Modern women are squeezed between the devil and the deep blue sea, and there are no lifeboats out there in the form of public policies designed to help these women combine their roles as mothers and as workers.
    Sylvia Ann Hewitt (20th century)

Different trades are like different mountains.
    Chinese proverb.
