Rady Children’s Bernardy Center Earns Top Honors from U.S. News & World Report. The Helen M. Bernardy Center for Medically Fragile Children at Rady Children’s was rated one of the Best Nursing Homes by U.S. News & World Report out of more than 15,000 facilities in the nation. The tribute comes on the heels of the Bernardy Center’s five-star rating from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid, an extremely prestigious honor. Only facilities with perfect five-star ratings earned a place in the Honor Roll in U.S. News & World Report.
