Qutb al-Din al-Shirazi (1236 – 1311) (Persian: قطبالدین محمود بن مسعود شیرازی) was a 13th-century Persian polymath and Persian poet who made contributions to astronomy, mathematics, medicine, physics, music theory, philosophy and Sufism.
