Quincy Regional Airport (IATA: UIN, ICAO: KUIN, FAA LID: UIN), also known as Baldwin Field, is a city-owned, public-use airport located 10 nautical miles (12 mi, 19 km) east of the central business district of Quincy, a city in Adams County, Illinois, United States. It is mostly used for general aviation, but is also served by American Airlines partner Cape Air with subsidized Essential Air Service program flights to Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.
As per Federal Aviation Administration records, the airport had 2,044 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year 2008, 1,750 enplanements in 2009, and 7,783 in 2010. It is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a general aviation airport based on enplanements in 2008/2009 (the commercial service category requires at least 2,500 enplanements per year).
