Famous quotes containing the words conditions for, conditions and/or winning:

We as a nation need to be reeducated about the necessary and sufficient conditions for making human beings human. Urie Bronfenbrenner (b. 1917)

As long as fathers rule but do not nurture, as long as mothers nurture but do not rule, the conditions favoring the development of father-daughter incest will prevail.
    Judith Lewis Herman (b. 1942)

She whom I love is hard to catch and conquer,
Hard, but O the glory of the winning were she won!
    George Meredith (1828–1909)
