The Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting currently partners with Helium.com on an essay contest to promote civic engagement with under-reported international news. Through this partnership, finalists are named Pulitzer Center Global Issues/Citizen Voices Award winners and have their winning essays and short biographies published on the Pulitzer Center's website.
