Rankings
A standard and comprehensive system based on the elo rating system was implemented in 2010 by Fantasy Debate to nationally rank Public Forum debaters. An alternative ranking system, based on Tournament of Champions qualifying tournaments, was also launched in 2010. In 2012, BidRoundBriefs.com launched a comprehensive ranking system, combining the methodologies of Fantasy Debate and Debaterankings.com to create a more comprehensive (although mathematically this claim is highly questionable) and universal ELO ranking system. In May 2012, during the buildup to NFL & NCFL Nationals, BidRoundBriefs launched its first annual poll to ask members of the debate community to choose & rank their top ten teams.
