Premier League Knockout Cup

The Premier League Knockout Cup is a motorcycle speedway competition in the United Kingdom governed by the Speedway Control Bureau (SCB), in conjunction with the British Speedway Promoters' Association (BSPA). The teams from the Premier League, the top tier of league racing between 1995 and 1996 and currently the second tier of three, take part. In the past, similar competitions were staged between teams in the two divisions of the British League. The 2012 holders of the Knockout Cup are the Newcastle Diamonds who gained a 106–74 aggregate victory over the Ipswich Witches over two legs.
