Transportation offerings for Port San Antonio include Kelly Field airport which features an adjacent 11,500-foot (3,500 m) runway, accessibility by the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe class I railroads, and three interstate highways: IH-35; IH-10; and IH-37. Kelly Field's runway is operated jointly with Lackland Air Force Base.
