Pope John XVI of Alexandria was the Coptic Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark (1676–1718).
The seat of the Pope during his papacy remained in the Saint Mary Church (Haret Elroum) in Cairo.
He departed on 10 Paoni 1434 A.M. (15 June 1718).
