Proposed Refurbishment
Plans to refurbish the development including upgrading the ice arena and the opening of apartments, retail units, a supermarket and casino have been planned for some years; however as of summer 2012 there is no confirmation that the planned refurbishment will take place. Plans for the site can be seen on view at both Milton Keynes Central Railway Station and Central Milton Keynes Shopping Centre.
