Pisces (♓) ( /ˈpaɪsiːz/, pis'eez; Ancient Greek: Ἰχθύες, "Ikhthues") is the twelfth astrological sign in the Zodiac, originating from the Pisces constellation. It spans the 330° to 360° of the zodiac, between 332.75° and 360° of celestial longitude, which in the Tropical zodiac the Sun transits this area on average between February 18 to March 20 each year.

Associations made with the astrological sign Pisces have shaped centuries of mythology, including the story of Christ. Although there is no scientific basis for characterizing someone’s personality by date of birth, Western superstitious belief is that Pisceans are reasonable, artistic, and quiet.

According to new agers and some tropical astrologers, the current astrological age is the Age of Pisces, while others maintain that it is the Age of Aquarius.

As of 2002, the Sun appears in the constellation Pisces from March 12 to April 18. In tropical astrology, the Sun is considered to be in the sign Pisces from February 20 to March 20, and in sidereal astrology, from March 15 to April 14.
