- James Arnold Taylor as Captain Jack Sparrow- The notorious,most cunning and eccentric pirate of the Seven Seas. Once again thrown into the world of the supernatural, Jack discovers he owes a blood debt to the Captain of the ghostly Flying Dutchman Davy Jones! Now Jack must find a way out of his debt or be doomed to eternal damnation and servitude in the afterlife.
- Crispin Freeman as Will Turner- The man who freed Jack from death sentence, now needs his aid in order to save his beloved fiancée Elizabeth Swann who is imprisoned in Port Royal by Lord Cutler Beckett. In order for Jack to help Will,he'll have to help Jack take care of his debt that he has with Davy Jones.
- Eliza Schneider as Elizabeth Swann- As she's close to marrying Will Turner they're interrupted by Lord Cutler Beckett and are sentenced to death for freeing Jack from his sentenced death. The only way they can escape the fate of death is by Will helping out Beckett to retrieve a special item from Jack Sparrow. Elizabeth worried about her beloved future husband she sets out to find him and has a adventure of her own and meets a familiar Pirate in the process.
