A pilot fish named Joe is the main antagonist of Help! I'm a Fish. After being granted speech and intelligence by the antidote for the movie's "Fish Potion," he sets about creating an entire army of intelligent sea creatures with the intent of conquering the seas. He is voiced in the English version of the film by Alan Rickman.
