Phrynopus

Phrynopus (type species P. peruanus Peters, 1873) is a genus of frogs of the family Craugastoridae. Until recently the frog Phrynopus pereger Lynch, 1975 was placed in this genus but a recent revision moved it to the genus Eleutherodactylus.
