Philia ( /ˈfɪljə/ or /ˈfɪliə/) is one of the four ancient Greek words for love.
Philia (Greek: φιλíα) in Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics is usually translated as 'friendship', though in fact his use of the term is much broader.
