Pescara with Chieti, is the home of the G. d'Annunzio University and houses the school of medicine, architecture, economics, foreign languages and literature and science management for a total of about 31,257 students in the 2011 .
Since 2009, Rome ISIA has a subsidiary in Pescara, training students in the field of industrial design.
