Perundurai is a taluk in Erode district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is located on National Highway 47, which bypasses the city of Erode from here, between Salem and Coimbatore.
It is 20 kilometres from Erode, and exactly at 80 kilometres from both Coimbatore and Salem. Perundurai has developed as the industrial centre of Erode City with SIPCOT Industrial Estate and SEZ Complex.
