2012 Congressional District Realignment
For the upcoming year, 2012, the Congressional Districts in Pennsylvania will face slight realignment. Many current sitting Congressional Representatives will see their districts merged in the coming year. An example of this would be the previous District Four (4) and Twelve (12). These two district face major changes with the new realignment. The current sitting representatives will need to run against each other in the upcoming Primary Election in order to maintain a seat.
