Route Description
PA 341 heads east from Pennsylvania Route 230. It crosses under the Pennsylvania Route 283 expressway and then intersects Toll House Road, which provides access to PA 283. It then crosses over the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 76) and enters Conewago Township and intersects Pennsylvania Route 743. The route crosses into South Londonderry Township in Lebanon County and ends at Pennsylvania Route 241.
