The school's sports teams are known as the Titans, and the school colors are Blue, Red & White. Pembroke competes in the Patriot League. The Patriot League's members are Scituate, Quincy, Hanover, Middleborough, Duxbury, Hingham, Whitman-Hanson, North Quincy, and Silver Lake. The league is divided into two divisions, Patriot-Fisher and Patriot-Keenan. These divisions are divided up based on school population, with Pembroke being a member of the Patriot-Fisher division. Pembroke's chief rival is Silver Lake, but have also recently developed rivalries with Scituate and Middleborough.

The most successful program at the high school has been the track program, sending both the 2010 and 2011 Boys' Cross Country Teams to the Nike Cross Country National Championship in Oregon. The team has won multiple MIAA State Championships.

The team with the most wins in Pembroke athletics has been the golf team, winning the Patriot League Championship six seasons in a row compiling a record of 109 wins with only 19 loses, while also capturing two Division III South Sectional Championships (2007, 2010), and a Division III State Runner Up (2010).

The boys' hockey team was a D-III South Regional Semi-Finalist in 2008 and a D-III State Semi-Finalist in 2010-2011. They were also the 2010-2011 D-III South Sectional Champions as well, before falling in the State Semi-Finals to eventual State Champion, Marblehead by a score of 3-2.

In 2011, the football team recorded their first undefeated regular season at 10-0, and also made their first trip to the MIAA State Playoffs in the schools history. Unfortunately, Pembroke was upset in the Semi-Finals by Oliver Ames by a score of 20-12. Oliver Ames eventually went on to the State Championship game, but lost 42-9 to powerhouse Concord-Carlisle.
