Out-of-state/market Cable and DirecTV Carriage
In recent years, UNC-TV has been carried on cable in multiple areas outside of North Carolina and its media markets. That includes cable systems within the Roanoke market in Virginia and the Tri-Cities market in Tennessee. On DirecTV, WUNL has been carried in Grayson County, Virginia, which is within the Roanoke market.
