Henry has divorced his first wife Rachael Hope, with her he had three children, Lucy, Sophie & Bella. Henry also has an allergy to gluten and has publicly declared his support for the St Kilda Football Club
In 2009, in celebration of her 79th birthday, Henry's mother Olive jumped off Auckland's Sky Tower. The stunt was recorded and aired on Breakfast.
