Paul Fong (Chinese: 方文忠; pinyin: Fāng Wénzhōng) (born August 5, 1952) is an American politician. He is a Democratic California State Assemblymember from the 28th district. Prior to being elected to the state assembly, he served as a Foothill De Anza Community College District trustee.
