In 2004, Caligiuri was inducted into the U.S. National Soccer Hall of Fame. He serves as an athlete representative on the board of directors of the United States Soccer Federation. Caligiuri currently coaches two BU-15 youth soccer club teams at So Cal Infinity Soccer Club; So Cal Infinity B96 and So Cal Infinity B96 Blue.
