The first of several translations of Patriots was released in May, 2012. This was a Spanish edition, titled Patriotas. It was translated by Ernesto Rubio Garcia and published by La Factoria De Ideas, in Madrid, Spain. ISBN 8498007704. A Bulgarian edition was also released in 2012, by Ex Libris of Bulgaria
