Patrick Ryan "Pat" Devlin (born April 12, 1988) is an American football quarterback for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He was signed by the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2011. He started at quarterback for the Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens of the University of Delaware. He was recruited to play for the Penn State Nittany Lions out of Downingtown East High School. Having set the Pennsylvania high school career passing yards record with 8,162 career yards, Devlin was a highly touted recruit. Devlin played two seasons at Penn State before deciding to transfer to the University of Delaware.
