Music Video

The video was shot in Los Angeles, California and directed by Marc Webb. Polow da Don, Keri Hilson and Ciara make cameos in the video.

The video premiered on MTV on April 14, 2008. The video begins with many lights switching on revealing a large underground room where the room is suddenly filled with many people. A larger and buffer Nelly is risen from below wearing a vest, with his rippled muscles emphasized in his outfit. We see Fergie on a swing high above the ground while Nelly rises up out of the ground in a cloud of smoke. The rest of the video continues with Nelly and Fergie rapping into the camera while breaking up fights at the party and images of Fergie walking along a walkway as well as jumping on Nelly's back. In the middle of the video Nelly and Fergie rap aggressively at each other atop a raised platform before another short image shows Fergie sitting on the swing again. Nelly takes his shirt off and bounces his juicy and meaty pecs in front of the camera while singing the chorus. The video ends with a cameo from R&B singer Keri Hilson sporting a black T-shirt sporting the slogan "Hip Hop Aint Dead".

The video has been viewed over 18 million times on popular video-sharing site YouTube.

Famous quotes containing the words music and/or video:

Have you ever been up in your plane at night, alone, somewhere, 20,000 feet above the ocean?... Did you ever hear music up there?... It’s the music a man’s spirit sings to his heart, when the earth’s far away and there isn’t any more fear. It’s the high, fine, beautiful sound of an earth-bound creature who grew wings and flew up high and looked straight into the face of the future. And caught, just for an instant, the unbelievable vision of a free man in a free world.
    Dalton Trumbo (1905–1976)

I recently learned something quite interesting about video games. Many young people have developed incredible hand, eye, and brain coordination in playing these games. The air force believes these kids will be our outstanding pilots should they fly our jets.
