Park Vista Community High School is one of the top-rated high schools in Palm Beach County and offers four academies (Information Technology, Television and Film, Medical, and Automotive), which students follow to act as their high school "major" and imparts various skills to apply to college and/or the job market. These academies act as the school's Magnet Program and draws students throughout the School District of Palm Beach County. However, because of the attraction of students to these various academies, Park Vista Community High School has experienced overcrowding in recent years. Currently, PVCHS is an A-rated school by the School District of Palm Beach County.
