Parit Raja

Parit Raja (巴力拉惹) is a town in Batu Pahat District, Johor, Malaysia. The main population of this town is Javanese. There has been substantial growth in this region for the past few years. Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), or Tun Hussein Onn University of Malaysia, is located here. Kampung Sungai Rambut is a one among the villages situated in Parit Raja.

Taman Siswa Jaya is a housing scheme consisting of 66 units of residential accommodation and a 3-storey commercial shop office development Medaniaga SiswaJaya situated on the trunk road (Jalan Kluang) in between of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia and Parit Raja town is now the preferred residential location amongst the upper middle class, comprising mainly professionals including University Professors and Lecturers. Approximately 23km away from Bandar Penggaram,Batu Pahat, capital of Batu Pahat district and 7km away from Ayer Hitam.It takes about 10 minutes from PLUS exit at Ayer Hitam and 20 minutes from Batu Pahat city.
