MassResistance has maintained conservative social positions on "hot-button" issues such as abortion, homosexual rights, gun control, marriage, and other issues. The group monitors changes to LGBT rights legislation in countries as far away as Australia, but focuses most of its efforts on the United States, and especially in Massachusetts.
