Panteley Kiselov

Panteley Kiselov (Bulgarian: Пантелей Киселов) (born on 23 October 1863 in Svishtov, died on 14 October 1927 in Sofia), was a Bulgarian soldier and general who fought in the Serbo-Bulgarian War of 1885, the Balkan Wars of 1912-1913 and World War I. He is best known as commander of the Fourth Preslav Infantry Division during the Romanian Campaign of 1916 and victor of the Battle of Tutrakan.
