Pam Burridge

Pam Burridge was one of the pioneers of women's surfing in Australia. She was born in 1965 and competed in her first competition in 1977. She continued competitive surfing up until 1999. Burridge won the women's World Surf Riding Championships in 1990. She now runs a surf school on the south coast of NSW, Australia. There is a Sydney Ferry HarbourCat named after Burridge.
