Upcoming Projects
- Bombay Colony, an upcoming housing project by Pravasi Malayalees consisting of 45 villas in one compound at village chakalakund, near laxmi Narayana School 0.8 km from Chinakathoor temple. The housing project is the first of its kind in Kerala on co-operative spirit and on mutual benefit basis without any profit making by anybody. The project is developed by Bombay Colony Welfare Association (Regd) headed by an elected Managing committee which is dedicated to the service of Humanity. The first phase of completed houses were inaugurated by Shri. M. HAMZA HON. MLA OTTAPPALAM, in May 2012.The project is expected to be completed by May, 2013.The next project called Pravasi Nagar is expected to be launched in June 2013. Enrolment of membership is started at the site.
