Ice Hockey
Pakistan has an ice hockey team but it's not part of the IIHF. Pakistan applied for a membership but the congress postponed it until it had a better structure. It will re-apply for a membership in 2012. However Pakistan has deep roots in ice hockey in the northern parts of Gilgit-Baltistan province.
