Osgerby

Ann Osgerby (born 20 January 1963 in Preston, Lancashire) is a retired butterfly swimmer from the United Kingdom, who represented her native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1980. She also represented Great Britain at the World Championships in 1978 and 1982, Commonwealth Games 1978 and 1982, European Championships 1981 and 1983, World Cup 1979. Ann became the Great Britain Women's team captain in 1982 and held that position for two years until retiring after the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games suffering from an ongoing injury of tendernitis in both shoulders.
