- King Alexander I Obrenović
- King Peter I
- Prince George (as heir to the throne 1903-1908)
- Prince Regent (later a King) Aleksender I Karađorđević
- King Peter II
- Crown Prince Alexander II
- 5 February 1998 the heir to the Serbian throne, in exile, Prince Peter III is officially included in the list of holders of the Order of St. Prince Lazar.
