Terminology
This article uses the following abbreviations:
- Carbon nanotube (CNT)
- Single wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT)
- Multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT)
However, C is often omitted in scientific literature, so NT, SWNT and MWNT are more commonly used. Also, "wall" is often exchanged with "walled".
