Onell Soto
Onell A. Soto (born 1932) is a retired Episcopal Bishop residing in Miami, Florida. Prior to his retirement in 2002 he was appointed by the Rt. Rev. Henry N. Parsley to serve as Assistant Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama, beginning on August 1.
He served in a similar position for four years in Atlanta. In 1987, he was elected bishop of the Anglican Church in Venezuela.
