Connecting Transit
Even though the station's connecting services are provided by the Toronto Transit Commission, the station itself is situated rather far from Finch Avenue or Leslie Street to really provide a convenient connection. Stairs from and a pedestrian bridge across Finch Avenue provide pedestrian access to the station platform. The TTC's 39 Finch East and 51 Leslie bus routes pass close to the station.

Famous quotes containing the words connecting and/or transit:
“Mine was, as it were, the connecting link between wild and cultivated fields; as some states are civilized, and others half-civilized, and others savage or barbarous, so my field was, though not in a bad sense, a half-cultivated field. They were beans cheerfully returning to their wild and primitive state that I cultivated, and my hoe played the Ranz des Vaches for them.”
—Henry David Thoreau (18171862)
“My esoteric doctrine, is that if you entertain any doubt, it is safest to take the unpopular side in the first instance. Transit from the unpopular, is easy ... but from the popular to the unpopular is so steep and rugged that it is impossible to maintain it.”
—William Lamb Melbourne, 2nd Viscount (17791848)
