History

State Route 325 made its debut in 1932. Originally, the highway was routed between its current southern terminus at State Route 141 and the current State Route 588 junction in Rio Grande, which at the time was designated as State Route 11, the predecessor to U.S. Route 35. In 1937, State Route 325 was extended northerly and easterly to its current northern terminus at State Route 124.

Famous quotes containing the word history:

If man is reduced to being nothing but a character in history, he has no other choice but to subside into the sound and fury of a completely irrational history or to endow history with the form of human reason.
    Albert Camus (1913–1960)

History, as an entirety, could only exist in the eyes of an observer outside it and outside the world. History only exists, in the final analysis, for God.
    Albert Camus (1913–1960)
