Odense Municipality, (Danish: Odense Kommune) is a Danish municipality (kommune) in Region of Southern Denmark on the island of Funen in central Denmark. The municipality covers an area of 305.70 km2 (118 sq mi), and has a total population of 191,610 (1st January 2012). It is the most populated municipality in Region of Southern Denmark.
Odense's mayor is Anker Boye, representing the Social Democrats (since 1 January 2010).
