Wrestling
The 2011-2012 team was Ocean Lakes most successful team to date. Led by juniors Dalton Henderson and Eddie Bracey, the Dolphins placed first in the Beach District and Eastern Regional Tournaments. They later proceeded to place 6th in the AAA State Tournament. They also won the Virginia Duals American High School Division. Dalton Henderson also proceeded to take first in the State Tournament at 113 lbs. The team's success can be credited to their new coach of two years, Chris Barnhart.
