On July 8, 2011. NCsoft Corp. has started a contract with SK Telecom to acquire Ntreev Soft Co., Ltd. from SK Group. Because NCsoft has always failed to launching casual online games successfully. Ex. Exteel, Smash Star, SPJam, Dragonica, Point Blank. On February 15, 2012. NCsoft has acquired Ntreev Soft from its parent company, SK Telecom.
