There are five schools in this school board: Our Lady of the Way School in Stratton, Ontario; Sacred Heart School in Sioux Lookout, Ontario; St. Joseph's School in Dryden, Ontario; St. Patrick's School in Atikokan, and St. Francis School and St. Michael's School in Fort Frances.
TNCDSB amalgamated the Atikokan Roman Catholic Separate School Board as of September 1, 2009.
