• Cancer – The North Shore-LIJ Health System Cancer Institute offers a comprehensive patient-centered, disease-specific approach to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer through physicians who specialize in radiation medicine, surgical oncology, medical oncology and hematology, pediatric hematology-oncology, urologic oncology and radiation oncology. Treatment specialists are supported by diagnostic imaging including CT, MRI, PET scanning and nuclear imaging, and laboratory diagnostic programs.
• Cardiovascular Services — The North Shore-LIJ Health System’s Cardiovascular Services provide a full range of cardiac care from diagnostic tests and educational classes to cardiac catheterization and surgery.
