Below are listed the member clubs of North Bucks & District Football League for the 2012–13 season. Cage Athletic, Comet Milton kKeynes, Scoy Youth, St. George's and Stantonbury Sports all became full members for the first time, while Wolverton Town, Milton Keynes Churches, Milton Keynes Titans Reserves and Celtic Milton Keynes all renounced their entries.
